First Order

First Minimum order of £1500 per order.

Thereafter no min spend required.

Please call for container pricing. We will offer the most competitive factory price for your order.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. Operation schedule is subject to change with holidays.

Time of Delivery

We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 business day after the order is received. Our order processing time depends on the speed we can verify the payment from customer.

To speed up the delivery time of your order, please consider the following method when placing order on our web site.

Payment – Use Paypal as payment method. Once order is processed, we will despatch the goods the same.

We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Special Orders or Custom Order.

CASANDRA Limited. will take special orders or custom order in large quantities. All special and custom orders must be paid for in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE.

Terms of Payment

- Credit Card Payment - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta , Solo, Electron, or American Express.
- Wire Transfer - Funds transfer to our bank account.
- Cheque - Payment can be mailed directly to and payable to CASANDRA Limited.
- PayPal – Send the require payment through www.paypal.com. We only accept funds from verified PayPal account only.

Prices

All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Possession of CASANDRA Limited. Wholesale Price Guide, Discount Structure Sheet, or Catalogue does not constitute an offer to sell any items listed.

Freight

Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise requested or instructed. Actual shipping charge will be communicated to the buyer before product is shipped. If your shipping charge shows 0.00 for your order, it means your shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. We will obtain confirmation from you with the shipping cost via email/phone/fax before processing an order.

Shipping Method

We deliver through TNT Next Working Day Delivery to UK Mainland.

Through Parcel Force or other Efficient Couriers to Europe.

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.

Returned Cheques

If a cheque is returned for any reason, a £10 service charge will be made.

Refused Shipments

Any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to CASANDRA Limited does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.

Cancellation

For wholesale purchase pre-orders, cancellation notice must be submitted either by fax/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order.

Forthcoming Items

In order to provide the latest and the most trendy fashion products to our customers we offer forthcoming items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items. For Forthcoming items you will be charged only when we ship out the items.

Return Policy

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and RMA. Number. All returns must be received by CASANDRA LIMITED within 5 calendar days after the RMA. Number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A copy of your Invoice or Delivery Note showing the invoice or Delivery Note Number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of style and size of the handbags before purchase. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, PayPal Refund, or Store Credits. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special or custom order items will be allowed.

Claims

All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within 1 working day of receipt.

Warranties

All merchandise sold by CASANDRA Limited is subject to manufacturers warranty; we will replace or raise credit notes for any defective product at no cost to the customer. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience cost may be included in any claims. CASANDRA Limited will execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by CASANDRA Limited will be final.

Termination

CASANDRA Limited reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the above and below conditions, the conditions listed on CASANDRA Limited Terms and conditions.

Title of Ownership

All parts shall remain the property of Casandra Limited. until paid for in Full.
